SUMMER SEASON:
Rifugio 2000 is the
right place for spending mountain weekends and summer green weeks in the nature
of the Alps: it is the start point for trekking,
walks and trips through
woods, fields, peaks, snowfields, little alpine lakes, glaciers, ... and it is
the panoramic
stage on the way to Alpe Veglia park.
You can get to "Rifugio 2000" by the summer chairlift service which takes from San Domenico village up to Alpe Ciamporino, or on foot.
